Cutting/Combined machining
We are making efforts to conserve environment
and save resources in many ways as a company aiming to be an ideal manufacturer
in the 21st century. We take into consideration the whole process of business
from macro perspectives while checking details from micro perspectives
to minimize waste. We use environment-friendly methods as much as possible
in cutting process as well including plastic working that can minimize
chips. Moreover, we minimizes re-clamping through multiple processing
with one clamping and inventing/manufacturing jigs and tools for machining
in order to maintain high-accuracy quality. We promote technical tie-up
and cooperation with affiliated companies and subcontract factories to
shorten lead time so that delivery period can be shortened and logistics
cost and management cost can be reduced. Japan Miyaki is aiming to be
as environment-friendly as possible by reducing total energy consumption
taking everything including material, waste and logistics into consideration.
