研削技術はジャパン・ミヤキが最も得意とする技術分野。加工可能な素材も幅広く、アルミニウム、ステンレス、ニッケル、銅、真ちゅう、鉄、鋳物などの金属はもとより、セラミックや樹脂に至るまで、また、鏡面仕上、表面処理後の仕上げ研削と幅広く対応しています。
高度な研削技術が反映された製品は、複写機やプリンターなどOA機器製品や大型印刷機などに採用されています。 近年、複写機やプリンターなどでは、電源を入れてからのリードタイム短縮を図るため、パイプを薄肉化し、熱伝導性を高めた製品が要求されています。ジャパン・ミヤキでは板厚0.30mm以下のローラーを研削加工を用いて生産しこの需要に応えています。
また、表面粗さの均一化、高精度化の要求に対しても研削ラッピング等にて対応しています。
Grind
Grinding technology is the home ground for Japan
Miyaki. We can process wide varieties of materials from metal including
aluminum, stainless, nickel, copper, brass, steel and casting to ceramics
and resin with many kinds of processing from mirror finish to finishing
grinding after surface treatment. Our products using advanced grinding
technology are utilized for office automation products such as copy machines
and printers and large-sized printing machines. In recent years, thickness
of pipes in copy machines and printers is decreased to increase heat conduction
so that startup time after turning on the power can be decreased. Japan
Miyaki complies with the demand by producing rollers with thickness of
0.30 mm or less using grinding process. We can also meet the demands of
equalizing surface roughness and of improving precision with technologies
such as grinding lapping.
