量産には独自のノウハウがあります。QCDを効率よく向上させるため、様々な角度から検討を重ね、マシンのアロケーションからスタート。加工方法から刃物の選択、量産に合わせた治工具まで、あらゆる要素を組み合わせたノウハウを活用し、お客様の要望に応えています。実際の仕事の場面では、技術課と生産課はもとより品質保証課、営業課まで協調しながら仕事を進めることが重要です。機械加工においては、図面化しながら加工したり、加工しながら図面化していく能力が必要となる場合も少なくありません。つまり仕事を受ける者、工程設計者など間接部門の人間までもが加工のノウハウや加工機を熟知し、加工に拘わるオペレーターはQCDを理解している必要があります。ジャパン・ミヤキでは、本社工場・西工場を合わせ、約100万/月の工程をこなし、数個から15,000個程度のオーダーに応え、その経験を蓄積しています。

Accumulation of mass production experiences for more expertise fields
Mass-production needs specific know-how. In order to improve QCD (Quality, Cost and Delivery), processes are examined from every angle, starting with allocation of machines. We meet customer demands utilizing know-how taking advantage of every element from processing method, selection of cutting tool to jigs and tools for mass production. Quality Assurance Dept. and Sales Dept. as well as Technology Dept. and Production Dept. must cooperate closely to plow ahead with the work effectively. There are many cases where ability to process and draft simultaneously is required for machining. That means staff who pass down jobs including indirect departments such as process designer, for example, must be familiar with processing know-how and processing machines, and operators related with processing must be aware of QCD. Japan Miyaki has been accumulating experience by going through a total of approximately one hundred million processes per month in headquarter factory and Nishi factory and accepting orders of several units to some 15,000 units.
